Figures for FuturePrints Ltda (Brazilian tax ID 54.827.025/0001-92) — the company that produces, invoices and issues the NF-e for Morph3D — pulled from our own ERP on 2026-08-25. Most of that volume is direct-to-consumer: Morph3D is the B2B arm of the same farm, same printers, same tax ID on the invoice.

Direct technical support

You talk directly with the people running production. Real technical answers, no middleman.

Who runs it

A Bambu Lab farm in Santa Catarina, Brazil.

The operation is based in Timbó/SC, in the Itajaí Valley, 25-50 km from the state's main industrial hubs — Blumenau, Joinville, Indaial, Brusque and Itajaí. It's a farm of Bambu Lab printers (P1S, A1 and H2D) in continuous production.

Morph3D is the B2B on-demand 3D printing operation for industrial-grade parts: our own farm in continuous production, direct technical support, and NF-e on every order.

Who's already using it

Two parts, two problems solved.

Real, anonymized cases. Still in the early validation rounds, no inflated numbers.

Clip to secure comforters and knit fabric

Textile manufacturer in Blumenau/SC — clip to secure comforters and knit fabric, in PLA. First delivery in under 24h.

Motorized target housing with an injection-molded finish

Sport shooting company — motorized target housing with an injection-molded finish, in ABS. Delivered in about a week and a half.

Both cases are real and anonymised; the drawings are illustrative schematics, not photos of the delivered parts — a client's file never becomes our marketing material. Client name and logo only appear with written authorization, and an NDA is available.
Frequently asked questions

What procurement usually asks.

Still have a question? Message us on WhatsApp — the operator answers directly.

What's the minimum order?
R$ 80 per order. No minimum quantity — it can be a single part.
Do you issue an invoice?
Yes. NF-e model 55 (Brazilian tax invoice), issued by FuturePrints Ltda (CNPJ 54.827.025/0001-92), under the Simples Nacional tax regime, in good standing in SC.
How long does it take to get a quote?
We reply the same business day; outside business hours, first thing the next business day. A lean operation with real lead times — no promises we can't keep.
Can you print any file?
We accept STL, STEP and 3MF. The part needs to fit within the 325 × 320 × 325 mm build volume. We review manufacturability (DfM) — if a part won't print well in FDM, we flag it before quoting and suggest adjustments.
How does delivery work?
We ship via Correios (Brazil's postal service), a carrier, or our own delivery (locally), anywhere in Brazil. South and Southeast Brazil usually receive within a few business days of dispatch. Tracking via WhatsApp or email.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. A ready-made NDA template, signed digitally. Client files are never reused or republished.
Can I use certified materials (food-contact, biocompatible)?
This requires a consult — we don't hold ISO 13485 or ANVISA certification. For food-contact parts, we suggest virgin gray/white PETG, with an explicit non-certified disclaimer.
